Before you order, you can contact us with any question or concern. There is no such thing as a stupid question.

If you rent a GPS unit and can't get it to operate correctly due to operator error, we're sorry. Please read the instructions, download the operating manual and make yourself proficient or call in with the question. If there is anything wrong with the GPS unit, we'll credit time for that problem.
