GPS Rentals provides fast efficient "where am I" . Rent from us for the "one off" trip or try one of our models before you buy one. Whatever you require, if you don't have a GPS Navigation System, renting is an ideal solution. Use it for your New Zealand holiday or while on your overseas trip to Europe, USA, Canada or Australia.
We also rent to visitors to New Zealand. The GPS Unit is couriered to your first night's accommodation. At the finish of your trip just place the GPS unit into the supplied courier bag and take to any post office.

Our rental solution is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 - 4

1. Choose the Rental Period.

2. Pay the bond

3. We courier the selected unit to your door via Courier

3. Enjoy your rental -- Have fun and know where you are

4. When you return and are finished with it, use the pre-printed courier bag that came with the unit, pack it in its carry bag, put the carry bag in the courier bag and drop into the nearest post office.
Once the unit is with the courier the rental period is finished. It's that simple !!!

Rental Policies:
International GPS rentals: Bookings must be made outside of 5 days of departure from New Zealand to ensure delivery of unit. GPS must be rented for the duration of your trip - no refunds for unused days.

Minimum Rental Period:
There is no minimum Rental Period. Between 1 and 4 days rental there is a flat charge of $55 incl GST within New Zealand, and $80 incl GST outside of NZ.

Start Date:
The desired starting date should be the latest date you need the rental unit to depart on your trip. Courier deliveries can only be on weekdays.

Finish Date:
The finish date is when the unit is returned to the courier for delivery back to us.

Deposits/Payment:
To help us protect against loss, damage or theft we require a bond  of $ 450 per unit. This will paid into our bank account or PayPal via your credit card and refunded on return of the rented unit in the "same condition" it was delivered,  less the rental costs.

Damages and Loss:
We suggest you add the rental unit to your travel insurance in case of loss whilst on holiday. Any damage/loss/late returns will be charged for by deduction from the bond.

Courier:
We use NZ Couriers and  Courier Post. A return paid bag is provided with the unit. Please pack the unit carefully on return and courier back using the return paid bag and drop into your nearest Post Shop.

Liability:
Whist we will provide the GPS units as described in our product descriptions, we do not expressly or otherwise warrant the units for any purpose other than described. If any item fails to perform its described functions, our maximum liability to you is the rental value paid for the item.

Reservation Requirements:
Your order should be placed as far in advance of your start date as possible to ensure availability.

Cancellations:
If you cancel your order in writing more than two weeks ahead of shipping date, no fees will be charged. If less than two weeks, but prior to shipping, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from the paid bond.
Cancellation of an order is not an option once the unit has left our facility.
